Your treatment will be delivered in one of our clean, professional and purpose built aesthetics treatment rooms. Your comfort and safety is paramount. That’s why all of our aesthetic treatments are delivered by medical professionals with an excellent understanding of facial anatomy.
We also use premium, comfortable treatment beds, high strength numbing cream and top quality needles to help you relax and minimise discomfort whilst you undergo your transformation.
On completion of your treatment, you’ll be provided with thorough aftercare guidance including tips and tricks on how to minimise swelling. The downtime post-Jawline Filler is typically minimal, with most clients returning to normal activities within hours of their treatment – however this varies from person-to-person.

1. What are Jawline Fillers made from? Thriyv’s Jawline Fillers are made from hyaluronic acid — a naturally occurring substance in the body that adds volume, hydrates the skin, and integrates with your facial tissue for a natural-looking result.
2. How long does Jawline Filler last? Most clients enjoy results for 12–18 months. Your metabolism, lifestyle, and the specific product used will influence longevity.
3. Is Jawline Filler safe? Yes. At Thriyv, all filler treatments are overseen by our Medical Director, Dr Callum Shields (MBChB), and delivered using CE-marked, regulated hyaluronic acid products. Hyaluronic acid is also reversible if needed, using an enzyme called hyaluronidase.
4. Does Jawline Filler hurt? Discomfort is minimal. The filler contains lidocaine (a local anaesthetic), and we can apply numbing cream beforehand. Most clients describe it as a mild pressure rather than pain.
5. Can Jawline Filler help with a double chin? Jawline Filler can improve the definition between the jaw and neck, making a double chin appear less noticeable. For more pronounced cases, we may recommend combining it with fat-reduction treatments such as Cryolipolysis or Aqualyx for optimal results.
6. Will Jawline Filler make my face look wider? Only if that’s your goal. We can contour for width to create a more masculine, structured look, or streamline for a slimmer, more sculpted profile — entirely tailored to your facial anatomy and preferences.
7. What’s the difference between Jawline Filler and Chin Filler? Chin Filler adjusts the projection and shape of the chin itself. Jawline Filler focuses on structure and definition along the sides of the face. They often work best together for full lower-face contouring.
8. Is Jawline Filler suitable for men and women? Absolutely. We regularly treat both male and female clients. Our approach is tailored to your individual goals, gender presentation, and facial structure — masculine jawlines require different angles and product placement than feminine contouring.
9. How long is the recovery after Jawline Filler? There’s no downtime. You can return to normal activity straight away. Mild swelling, redness, or bruising at the injection sites is possible for 24–72 hours. We recommend avoiding strenuous exercise, alcohol, and saunas for 24 hours post-treatment.
10. What if I’m nervous or new to this? That’s completely normal. Every treatment begins with a consultation with Dr Callum or one of our qualified injectors. We’ll talk you through every step, answer your questions honestly, and never pressure you to proceed if you’re not ready.
