Unlike traditional saunas that heat the air around you, our FAR Infrared Sauna uses infrared lightwaves to warm your body directly, penetrating up to 4 cm deep into your tissues. In the process, this stimulates the lining of your blood vessels, boosting nitric oxide production and improving blood flow.
Thriyv’s FAR Infra Red Sauna operates at a lower, more comfortable temperature (approx. 60°C), meaning you can repair and rejuvenate your vascular system, without the discomfort of a hotter, traditional sauna.

Our FAR Infrared Sauna sessions run in 30 minute blocks, and can be booked out for 1 to 2 people at a time, meaning you can schedule your own personal escape, or the perfect recovery aid for you and a pal.
