Every aesthetics treatment at Thriyv begins with a comprehensive consultation. Your treatment will be delivered in one of our clean, professional and purpose built aesthetics treatment rooms. Your comfort and safety is paramount. That’s why all of our aesthetic treatments are delivered by medical professionals with an excellent understanding of facial anatomy.
We also use premium, comfortable treatment beds, high strength numbing cream and top quality needles to help you relax and minimise discomfort whilst you undergo your transformation.
On completion of your treatment, you’ll be provided with thorough aftercare guidance including tips and tricks on how to minimise swelling. The Mid-Face Rejuvenation package incorporates several treatments, and downtime can range from 24-48 hours. However, everyone is different, and most of our clients return back to normal activity the same day of the treatment.

1. Who is a Mid-Face Rejuvenation for? Mid-Face Rejuvenation packages are ideal for those seeking to rebuild lift and structure across multiple areas of the mid-face in a single, coordinated treatment plan. It’s particularly suited to clients in their late 30s, 40s, and 50s noticing volume loss, flattening of the cheeks, hollowing under the eyes, or the appearance of nose-to-mouth lines.
2. What is included in a Mid-Face Rejuvenation package? The package includes three coordinated treatments delivered as one plan: Cheek Filler (to restore structure and lift), Tear Trough Filler (to soften under-eye hollowing), and Nasolabial Line Filler (to soften nose-to-mouth lines). Treating these areas together produces a more harmonious, natural result than treating any single area in isolation.
3. How much does Mid-Face Rejuvenation cost at Thriyv? Mid-Face Rejuvenation at Thriyv starts from £440, representing a significant saving versus booking each treatment individually. The final price depends on the volume of filler required, which we’ll confirm during your consultation with Dr Callum Shields (MBChB) or one of our qualified injectors. Patient finance is available through Chrysalis Finance, allowing you to spread the cost.
4. Why have three treatments together instead of just one? The mid-face works as a single anatomical unit. Treating only the cheeks may leave under-eye hollows looking more prominent. Treating only the tear troughs without supporting cheek volume often produces a flat or unnatural result. Combining all three creates the lift, balance, and youthful contour the face had naturally — what’s often called a “liquid facelift” effect.
5. How long will the results last? You can typically expect results to last from 6 to 18 months. Longevity is impacted on an individual basis by lifestyle, metabolism, the products used, and your skincare regime. Cheek filler typically lasts longest (12–18 months), with tear trough and nasolabial filler usually lasting 6–12 months.
6. Is the treatment done in one session? In most cases, yes. The full Mid-Face Rejuvenation can be completed in a single 60–90 minute appointment. For some clients with more significant volume loss, we may recommend splitting the treatment across two sessions, 2–4 weeks apart, to allow the face to settle and ensure the most natural result.
7. Is there any downtime? Minimal. Mild swelling, redness, or bruising at the injection sites is possible for 24–72 hours, particularly around the tear trough area which is more prone to bruising. We recommend scheduling around any major events and avoiding strenuous exercise, alcohol, and saunas for 24 hours post-treatment.
8. Will I look “done” or overfilled? No. Our approach at Thriyv is conservative and anatomical. The goal is restoration, not transformation — you should look like a refreshed, well-rested version of yourself, not like you’ve had work done. We use the minimum effective volume to achieve a natural, balanced result, and you’re always welcome to top up later if you’d like more.
9. How do I know if I’m suitable for a Mid-Face Rejuvenation package? The best way to find out is a consultation with Dr Callum or one of our qualified injectors. We’ll assess your facial anatomy, discuss your goals honestly, and may recommend the full package — or alternatively, just one or two of the three treatments if that’s a better fit for you. We never upsell treatments you don’t need.
