Our NAD Replenish infusion comes in 250mg or 500mg doses; NAD+ is a coenzyme every cell uses to turn food into energy, and the drip runs slowly and is checked throughout for comfort. Doctor-led, with a consultation first to agree your dose and timing, at our CQC-registered clinic near Piccadilly in Manchester. From £275.

Who it’s for
Before you book NAD+ IV in Manchester, we talk through your goals and health history.
Longevity-focused routine
Some people add NAD+ to a wider wellness plan. So your clinician checks whether an infusion fits that plan.
Cellular energy
Every cell in your body uses NAD+, a coenzyme. It also plays a part in how cells turn food into energy.
Dose choice at consultation
You and your clinician choose between 250mg and 500mg. Because the drip runs slowly, the larger dose means a longer visit.
Prefer a shorter visit?
IM NAD+ injections (50mg and 100mg) take about 10 minutes. They differ from a drip, so ask us which option suits you.

Every first visit starts with a consultation before any treatment. During it, our clinician reviews your medical history, medicines and goals. After that, you agree a dose together.
During your consultation, we ask about heart, kidney and liver conditions, plus any medicines you take. If a concern comes up, your clinician may advise against treatment. Where tests help, we can arrange blood testing first.
Generally, NAD+ runs slowly for comfort. That is why 250mg takes about two hours and 500mg about four. Meanwhile, the team checks on you and can slow the drip if you feel uncomfortable.
Single session, about 2 hours. Courses also available: 6× £1,485 · 10× £2,330
Single session, about 4 hours. Courses also available: 6× £2,295 · 10× £3,600
Prices as shown on our booking page. Course options also appear on Fresha where available. Book any treatment online, or call 0161 566 5099.

How it works
Come to 14–16 Whitworth Street, near Piccadilly. If you drive, Piccadilly Q-Park sits directly above the clinic, so parking is easy.
First, your clinician reviews your health and medicines. Then, together, you choose 250mg or 500mg and decide whether to go ahead.
Because the drip runs slowly, it takes about two hours for 250mg and about four hours for 500mg. So, bring a laptop, a book or headphones.
Afterwards, the team removes the cannula and gives you aftercare advice. Then most people head straight back to their day.
The detail
NAD+ stands for nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide. Your body also makes it from vitamin B3 (niacin) and other building blocks. If you want background reading, the NHS has a general guide to B vitamins and folic acid.
Unlike most vitamin drips, NAD+ runs slowly for comfort. As a result, a 250mg session takes about two hours. Meanwhile, the 500mg dose takes about four hours.
NAD Replenish is the most intensive drip on our IV menu. When you book NAD+ IV in Manchester with us, you choose 250mg or 500mg. Your clinician recommends a starting point, and then you can review it at later visits.
Everyone responds differently, so individual results vary. For that reason, we do not promise specific outcomes. Instead, we focus on a safe, comfortable infusion and clear advice.
